Returns and Complaints

1. Types of products to be returned:

Jewelry accessories:

Return is possible within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Personalized products:

All personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
We take great care in creating products tailored to your needs.

2. Return process:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:


A. Please email your return request to flywayfinds@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
B. Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Do not return the product to the sender's address.


3. Return shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return will only be accepted if a return request has been made and a tracking number has been emailed to you.


4. Eligibility criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it.


5. Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its authenticity, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 days for your refund to be processed.


6. Exceptions:

This policy does not cover returns of used or damaged items. Returns that do not meet the originality criteria or that do not include a return request and tracking number may not be accepted.

7. Damaged products/incorrect shipment:


When reporting a damaged product, please provide the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Please send us photos or videos of the damaged product to flywayfinds@gmail.com
  3. Description of the damage
  4. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be reported as defective within 5 days of receipt of shipment and must meet the following criteria:

  • The damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or occurred during transportation.
  • The product is unused and in original packaging.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your existing item and, once your return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
